Joe Sternberg and Ian Prichard were working at a local shop, watching families wait in long rental lines while fresh powder sat untouched outside. Black Tie Skis was founded in a one-car garage with a few hundred pairs of the industry's finest equipment — and a clear mission to deliver a better rental experience.
